Dan Lundy is a Counselling Therapist with a Masters degree in Counselling. He brings many years of experience in ministry and many years of experience in the retail business community.
Daniel offers therapy from a person-centered, Strength based approach. Daniel takes an integrative approach from various theories such as Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. Daniel has worked with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, faith groups, and individuals and couples. Daniel has effectively worked with clients with various mental health diagnoses such as Depression, Grief, Trauma, Anxiety disorders, Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Bipolar, Acquired Brain Injuries. relational issues and conflicts in family and marriages. As well as life transitions, job loss, loss of loved one(s), Adjusting to disability(s). Daniel also has a unique approach to trauma with his retired guide dog Buckley, who is transitioning to a therapy dog. Buckley offers clients with severe trauma and PTSD an unconditional love and empathy that helps individuals transition trust from him to people. Clients have found him to be an added support and comfort as they work with Daniel through their trauma and grief towards healing .
